Hey Teresa: I clean & polish (Tripoli, & rouge) my silver. I fold a
Kleenex over itself at least four times, then cut out a pattern. Unfold
the Kleenex & sandwich it with your silver and a piece of brass or a
manila folder, then roll. This gives a matte & shine surface to your silver
blank.
