Opening gallery references?

Hi there,

I joined a 125 member metal arts guild here in Portland and I’m
trying to convince the membership to consider opening a gallery of
our own.

That many people could really make it affordable, yet they seem
afraid of the unknown.

Do you have (or know of) any books, articles, vidios, literature,
etc dealing with do’s and don’ts for opening up a gallery?

I looked in your library but I failed to find anything

I’d be grateful for the help!

but do you really want that many partners involved in making
decisions?  It may turn out to be "too many cooks in the kitchen

Perhaps, you could work it as a co-op type opperation. Have no more
than two IN CHARGE, and the remainder would be assigned
hours/days/weeks to work, under the supervision of those who are in
charge.
