Hi - can’t believe it escaped my attention until now- I just didn’t
think to ask! I am in Australia for a few more days and would love
to take home some opals - spec. boulder, and/or South Sea pearls. I
have found the tourist places in Melbourne, wonder if anyone has any
other reocmmendations. I am in Snowy River for the weekend, then
back to Melbourne. Where do jewelers buy? I’m assuming there are
slightly more reasonable places - if not, I did pick up a few
pieces, I am aware I am a tourist so did my best to support the
trade here, just wondering where the trade shops.
