Try citric acid its dirt cheap through a soap makers supply. We have many in Canada.

Thanks Aurora, my wet studio is very cool so I worry about the possibility of mold, also allergic. The pH Minus was only $8 for 1L.

So glad you have a unique sense of humor. Next time I see fries I will think of your great comment. I have one small amount of sparex and in a separate pot I have vinegar mixture. Both work, one more slowly, and so speed is not always the best route.
