If any one has the correct procedure or good experiences withcementing neoprene I would love to hear all about it.
JB weld is the answer. When you want to release it from the rubberafter it's dried, you must torch it. Great stuff.
I make up these rubber cords all the time. Us the two part jewelersepoxy like you see in the Rio catalog. I have made many of thesecords and have only seen a couple come apart after much wear andtear. The superglue has may limitations that people don't realize andrubber is on of the problem materials to glue.
Go to a scuba diving shop they have the glue you need. I don'tremember the name off hand, but I use it all the time for dive suitrepairs. It is specially designed for neoprene.
