Need to find very large citrine

Dear Fellow Orchid Members Due to a very unfourtunate accident, a
friend of mine needs to find a very large citrine. Large meaning
20x20 mm in a square or cushion cut, it also needs to be a darker
yellow/brown color.I have scoured the web and several dealers off
line,to no avail. Help please, and thanks for anything you come up
with Ron Patterson

Ron, I was just in Tucson and found a stone dealer at the GJX show who
sold very large calibrated citrines. The company is Manoel Nogueira,
I dealt with Rodrigo Figueira #212-704-4365. Good luck,

Eileen DelDuca

Greetings all.

He is a superb facetor. I use his work as THE standard by which to
judge other stones. He also does repair work on damaged stones.

Good Hunting, Bill.

Now there is a coincidence…I just bought the self same stone
today…veeeeerrry greenish brown in color…they even had a bi-color
stone. Black and yellow. Name of the dealer is Kingstone Enterprises,
here in LA. Their # is: (213) 623-1664…or (213) 623-2053. Their Fax #
is: (213) 626-7083. The stones are very large, and nicely cut. The
other dealer here that might be able to help is: C.N. Gems (213)
627-8619, fax: (213) 627-0245. Tell them that “Byzantia” told you to
call.

Cheers! Lisa( just returned from sucessful show “wars”…saw a few
Orchidians, but due to a glitch with my roomate not passing on
messages, I only managed to have dinner with
Amy Karash…you’ll have to ask her about it,[grin] ) Topanga, CA USA
