I recently visited a fellow silversmith and noticed that he used
chamois buffs for polishing silver. I’ve never used chamois and I was
wondering what the pros and cons were to using them. One thing I see
as a pro is less lint generated. 90% of my work is with silver the
rest 14K gold. I prefer using Zam for my final polish. Will I get
better performance from chamois?
