Moldable wax

I have two kinds of boxing wax that are just perfect for molding like
clay. One is thick and brown, and the other is thin and red. Both
are very long and about two inches wide.

The red clay is a dental wax. The brown is from a major jewelry
supplier, but is about 8 yrs old It does not shrink as does PMC
and is worked with little effort. I have had a lot of fun with it
but it does pick up dust when really warm, so I am always careful to
use very clean hands, with no wax dust (from my bench).

Happy molding,
Frif

Do you have a picture of the packaging for the brown wax…? I am looking for an alternative to the traditional green carving wax(micro plastics no thank you). and I want something that responds to my touch vs having to plan it out beforehand.

If you’re talking about the “Victory Brown” wax favored by sculptors, you can get it here: "Victory Brown" Microcrystalline Wax 11 lb. slab
