There are really only three.
Mokume Gane: A Comprehensive Study by Steve Midgett (with chapters
contributed by others including myself)
Mokume Gane by Ian Ferguson
Mokume Gane in the Small Shop by Steve Midgett
Of the three only Mokume Gane by Ian Ferguson is still in print at
this time. Mokume Gane: A Comprehensive Study is still available
from Steve Midgett directly (mokume.com) and Mokume Gane in the Small
Shop is available as a DVD still from several of the jewelry supply
houses.
Also you can look for copies on alibris.com or other book finder
services
I think if you are serious about learning mokume gane you need all
three. One thing to remember is that the processes that are
described in the books are how things were done in the artists studio
at the time of the writing. Certain aspects of the technical
in these books is out of date.
