Metal cracking in 9W & 14W Nickel free and Palladium free alloy

Hello

During the whole manufacturing from the continuous casting to the
final stage of the process we do not face any problem but after some
days of use the metal starts craking.

Compoisition of 9W:-Silver 85% ; Zinc-7.5% ; Copper-7.5%
Composition of 14W:-Silver-86% ; Zinc-4% ; Manganese-10%

What is 9W and 14W?

Compoisition of 9W:-Silver 85% ; Zinc-7.5% ; Copper-7.5% Composition
of 14W:-Silver-86% ; Zinc-4% ; Manganese-10% never heard of this
composition of metal, it is low grade silver alloy and will act
accordingly. It is similar to coin silver.

Use sterling, it will be better.
