I have been designing jewelry for 12 years now. This is a temporary location in my dining area where my table used to be. Last month I closed my store down to help care for my mother. It is unusually neat only because I just finished setting everything back up. I had to make some free standing shelves behind my bench to hold lights, etc since I didn’t want to hang my peg boards on my wall and then have to re-paint when I move back out. My drill press, grinder/polisher and other larger machines are in the garage. I would love to actually purchase or make a nice jeweler’s bench. It would be much easier to saw, etc. and catch everything that I drop on the floor.
