Hello all,
what is the “formula” to measure the ring shank using the raytech
ruler?
I thought it goes like this" if the ring size is 5, I should
substract 1 1/2 and start.
is that the correct amount to substract?

If the desired size is 5 you add 3x the thickness of the stock you
are using to fabricate the ring then that is the length you cut the
stock.
That has always worked for me.
