Dan, I have looked into that. And in MN, they are quite a chunk of
change. Also, if you want a holiday, like Christmas, you start the
contract in Nov, and are committed through Jan. Most charge a base
monthly rent, + a percentage of your gross sales. Also, you have to
be open the entire time the mall is. If for any reason you are
closed, they can fine you. I couldn’t see pulling 12 hr+ days, 7
days a week, and then trying to keep up with stock as well…For just
myself, it was not a viable option. Maybe you can find a better deal,
especially if you are looking at more of a co op thing!
