Hi,

Question. Can anyone please explain how and where to register a
jewelry Makers Mark in the US? Is it with the Patent and Trademark
office? If so how easy and long does it take?

In the US your “Makers Mark” is actually a registered Trademark which
you apply for with the USPTO. There are online forms to fill out and
fees to pay. The last time I did one it took a month or so. It can
take longer if there are questions from the USPTO about your mark.

Yes, it is at http://www.uspto.gov. Took me about a year.
