Magnetic tumbler

In our country the only equiptment used for finishing gold
jewellery is the polishing motor with buffs. So, we are planning
to buy a mini magnetic tumbler for finish our jewellery [i.e. rings, tubs and etc. with stone setting]. But we know very
little about using the tumbler. Kindly advice.

Magnetic tumblers are very easy to use. Put your pieces in, add
water and soap, and put the tub on the machine. The steel pins do
like to wander, I use a magnet to pick them up. Wash the shot
carefully each time you use it.

Hi!

Thought you might be interested to know that GESSWEIN CO. in
Bridgeport CT USA introduced magnetic tumbling to the United
States several years ago. We now carry the largest selection of
magnetic tumblers in the country. We have 4 sizes of heavy duty
production units and 2 lightweight economy units.

We recently produced a new brochure on all 6 units because we
have new low pricing available for all of them. If you are
interested, please let me know and i’d be happy to send or fax a
brochure to you - and to anyone interested in this process.

Gesswein also offers a FREE service - send us some samples of
your work and we will tumble them in our magnetic tumblers and
return them to you along with a complete report on the cycle
times, medias, soaps, etc. This is free - so that you can see
how magnetic tumbling will suit YOUR work before you spend and it
also saves you all the experimenting to find the best cycle
time. We make it easy.
