Does anyone know of a gold colored, low temp solder (under 500
degrees F) for gold and gold plated materials?
Thanks,

No! and by golly, I’d love to have some of that too. I just dab a
little gold paint on the Tix solder. Yeah, I know, gold plate it…
how much you gonna get paid for fixing that stuff?

David did you try the extra easy yellow gold solder that stuller
sells by the dwt. we also use it to repair GF and Gplated jewelry.

Hi Matthew;
Yes, I’ve used their extra easy and also the ultra easy. Handy
stuff, but I think what we were talking about was something real low
temp, like a lead type solder only with a yellow color instead of
gray, for fixing gold plated crap, you know.
