Hi Richard. We had our class ring made by Balfour.(like you I am not
sure that I am spelling it right) I had to have them replace my
stone a few years back. They have a lifetime warrenty on all rings
made for graduation. They are located in Oklahoma City. I will see if
I can find a Phone #. They may have other office’s elsewhere. Good
