Hi,

I bought some “rough” supposedly good for gem cutting of eBay a while
ago. While I suspect that it’s mostly not very good, I did wonder if
there was someone who might talk to me about getting it cut/might be
interested in cutting some of it for me, who is located in London,
UK.

You might approach Roger Dunkin of Holts Lapidary in Hatton Garden.
He teaches cutting, carving and faceting, and does (or did)
commissions.
