Difficult in Delhi. Possible in Bombay. Most of the stuff is made in
brass only!! Do you mean the spring types? If you want, I can try &
source them.

You can try in Jaipur for silver cufflinks at Amrapali, Dwarkas
showroom or you can also get them custom made in jaipur
Findings are made in Jaipur and most of the manufacturers are linked
to US merchants. Their quality and production are for US markets. I
know of one their local affiliates in US is called Multicreations.
