copy!!

If anyone knows of any copies hiding somewhere, runs across one,

Michael, You can check http://www.bookfinder.com from time to time
to see if they get one in. I’ve had luck with this before.

Have you tried www.albris.com/. They have many out of publication
books, most are used. They do give you all the about the
books the have in stock,ie, torn or dirty pages condition of binding
& cover and so on. Hope this help. Just a passer throuth.
