[Looking for] Bloodstone

Hi friends, I’m looking for a 12x15mm dark green shot thoroughly
with red, bloodstone. Rectangular in shape and flat. Hope someone
out there has the magic answer. Thank you

Why don’t you look in the Lapidary Journal site ? Look in the
dealers from India and you should find it . If you can’t let me
know.

Margrett- I have some bloodstone slabs which would cut the sort of
stone you describe. Are you equipped to cut cabs - or do you need
a finished stone? How thick do you want it to be?

Looked there, there is NO INDIA listing . . . I find that to be
very strange since there is much material and tools which come from
India.

I too am surprised. Well the other alternative is to actually buy
a copy and go through the classified ads. That should definately do
it.

I know many of my friends advertise in Lap Journal from Bombay,
India as well as Jaipur. Let me know if you need any help. You may
write directly to me if you wish.

I have bought beautiful bloodstone from Donald K. Olsen. His

doesn’t carry calibrated sizes but may be able to cut you
something.

I wanted to put in a plug for Donald K. Olsen, don’t know him well
but I have bought quite a few beautiful stones and unusual sets
