Looking for a resource for hot and cold enamel repair

Hello,

I have a friend who has a pendant with either hot or cold enamel in it. I am not sure of the metal content…

He is looking for a resource that may be able to repair/ fill in some the the enamel that has chipped out.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I remember visiting a website for a manufacturer that did this, but for the life of me, cannot recall the name.
