Lemon acid

Is lemon acid the real name for it, or is it more like citric
acid? Is this acid available anywhere? Tell me quickly,

G’day and OK! Lemons contain several natural acids of which citric
acid is the main one. It even contains vitamin C which is ascorbic
acid. But even in the village store of tiny Mapua, Nelson, NZ, one
can buy citric acid very cheaply, so you should be able to get it in
most supermarkets in America. Citric acid is very soluble in water
and quite harmless, otherwise we wouldn’t give kids lemonade (it’s
the sugar in it that does most harm!)

But don’t forget that spent citric pickle will contain copper
citrate. –

Cheers for now,
