To all the wonderful Orchid members who help me with my Learner
Analysis Survey, I got an “A” so - Thank you!
The results were: A majority of you did start your craft with easily
attainable techniques and
mastered those skills with 96% yes and 4% no.
It was a fairly even response for the second question: In learning
your craft you took lots of classes in techniques that may have been
over your skill level, but the inspiration and excitement pushed you
forward. 52% yes and 48% no.
The final question prompted a lot of responses from everyone, which
was interesting to read, but a majority of you (92%) felt that an
authoritarian instructor was not that intimidating. With only 8%
feeling they are no fun.
