I’m hoping some of you can share your experiences with water-based
coolant/rust inhibitors for diamond trim saw blades. Unfortunately,
oil mist is unacceptable in this location so I am draining and
drying after each session.
I would appreciate input on comparison of various options such as
Crystal Cut, Roc Cut, Slick Lube or others.
Cost is a factor as we’re running several saws; re-usability seems
to be desirable. Roc Cut (Diamond Pacific) is the only one I’ve
discovered that can be filtered and reused.
