I have one of those 30 year old Frantom lapidary units. It’s great
and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
My husband helped me to alter it so that I now have 3 diamond
wheels, two expandable drums and a flat leather disc on the one side
with the saw on the other. We also put in a few more petcock valves
above the extra wheels.
It just hums when I turn it on, and feels like it will run forever.
