Kerr Electromelt to melt bronze for casting?

The Kerr Electromelt Furnace 30 Oz. Model.

Advertised to melt 25 oz. silver or 30 oz. gold.

I need to melt up to 20 oz. bronze (Melt point: 1598 F (870 C) Flow
point: 1868 F (1020 C)

Anybody out there used a Kerr Electromelt to melt bronze for
casting?

Any recommendations for other electric furnaces to melt up to 20 oz.
bronze?

Hi,

The electromelt works fine. I use it for herculoy and pour at about
1950 degrees. One thing, don’t buy an older model. The one with the
silver colored chamber to save money. Kerr won’t repair these
anymore.
