Joining large silver electroformed objects

Hello Orchid,

Could some please help me? How do can you join large silver
electroformed objects together? If I use silver solder it will anneal
the object and then the object can not be hardened.

using soft solder (lead) is not an option as it need to be UK
hallmarked, I do not have a laser welder, or a tig set up. the
articles do need to be sealed.

 How do can you join large silver electroformed objects together?
If I use silver solder it will anneal the object and then the object
can not be hardened.

Can you electro form them together? If they are hollow ware you would
need a way to remove the solution. You can drill two small holes to
drain the solution. You could then insert pure silver rods into the
holes and burnish them over to conceal the holes. If this is not and
option you should run a post for a U.K. laser welder.
