We are new to the Orchid forum having just recently discovered
ganoksin. What a great sight with tons of and ideas.
We are looking to hire an another goldsmith/bench jeweler and I was
informed it would be appropriate to post that here also. Here is a

We are looking for a full time Goldsmith/Bench Jeweler to
supplement our smooth but busy running shop. We have a laser on
sight along with full shop including graver meister and mates,
magnetic tumbler, vacuum casting facilities, and other traditional
shop equipment.
Our business started in 1946 and is currently a single location
retail jewelry store with over 7,000 square feet of retail space.
We currently have 14 employees and are continuing to grow. We have
2 Graduate Gemologists in Residence on Staff along with NAJA and
ISA members. Our ideal candidate is someone with a solid work
ethic and a friendly personality that will compliment our current
staff. Attention to detail and pride in work is very important.
We are flexible on skill level as long as attitude and ethics are
strong.
Our town is a diverse college town with a population of appx. 125
thousand. Purdue University attracts many cultural and sporting
activities. Unemployment is very low and our schools systems are
top notch. We are located 1 hour north of Indianapolis and 2 hours
south of Chicago. Salary will be based on experience and abilities.

available along with paid vacations, paid holidays, and numerous
small perks and benefits. Our turn-over is extremely low and we
try and provide an atmosphere and pay scale attractive enough to
retain our employees. We are looking to develop a long term
