Job Description:
The Director of Product & Business Development is responsible for
developing the products and business strategies that will build the
company’s market position and strengthen its reputation as a leader
in the bead and jewelry-making category. This person will work
closely with senior management and will meet regularly with customers
and end users to determine their needs. This person will be
responsible for championing the brand, and ensuring that products and
programs are developed appropriately and on time.
