Everyone,
Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. I placed a call to
jewelsoft and gave my home number. He called and was “surprised” that I
was having this problem. He looked up my order and agreed that it was
returned but said he sent a check. I said that I did not recive it and he
promised to look into it. I neglected to mention that I had had the same
conversation with him twice before. I’ll keep you informed as to the
conclusion.
