Jewelery & Goldsmithing Educational Program in Brazil

AJA is a Brazilian non-profit educational organization, which provides free
educational and professional training to both poor adults and youths in the
great Brasilia area.

If you feel interested in our projects or wish to know more about us, please

For 1996 we are carrying two special courses:
-Gem cutter (lapidary in faceting machines)
-Silver Jewelry

If you feel you can contribute donating us some of your old/used/new books,
gem/jewelry related software or
even equipment on jewelry/lapidary,

I would like to contribute.

  1. Books - I can send you photocopies of quite a few books on the subjects you
    you mentioned in your original message. As not to violate the authors
    copyrights, I am willing to handle the requiered negotiations.

  2. Articles - You may d/l any article from our "Tips from the jeweler’s bench"
    section of our web site which you may find suitable for your needs.

        Note:   All articles written by Charles Lewton-Brain.

  3. Lapidary and gem-cutting - I would advise you to contact Mr. Y. Englisher
    who is a well known gem-cutter, a good friend of mine,
    and an orchid member. He might find the way to help
    you with this project.
