I dug out my old Jewel cast kit from the 1970’s. I’ve lost the flask
and gaskets for the hand vacuum but I think I can find replacements
for those. What I really need are the burnout instructions. It was
all based on the numbered temperature dial and it worked very well
without a pyrometer. If someone has the old instructions and could
scan them for me, I would really appreciate a copy. If that is not
possible, I will investegate a cheap digital pyrometer.
