A friend who is a silversmith will be travelling to Italy in a few days,
and would appreciate any recommendations you might have about where to buy
silver and tools. She will visit Venice and Florence, and perhaps Rome.

There is a couple of places to buy tools in Florence. They are both
near the Pont Aveccio (sp) in the jewelry district. The best one is
the last street on the right before the bridge. The name of the
street has the word apostle in it. It’s down the street about 100
yards on the right. Sorry can’t remember the name. You could try to call
Fuji Studio’s in Florence, they speak english there, unlike the tool shop!
