Hi,
I’ve been a subscriber to Orchid now for just over a month. The
volume of messages is incredible. I love it and have learned
sooooo much. A friend has told me that by subscribing to the
digest, the messages are better ordered and more manageable.
This will be helpful.
I am a lapidary and I cut cabs. I dabble in silver work and am
lucky to have a retired jeweller as a mentor. He was a
manufacturing jeweller and is able to teach me silverwork from
melting the silver granules right through the various milling
techniques he has. I really thrive on all the ideas that come to
me from all of you out there. I am working full time as a high
school teacher and have two sons and a fantastic husband who band
together to keep me pretty busy and away from the workbench so
this adds extra value to reading all of the great you
all contribute. I son’t have many pearls of wisdom myself but I
will certainly contribute where I can.
