Hello you all!
I’ve just subscribed to the orchid list. I am 30 years old,
working at a law firm, and gems and minerals have been my hoby
ever since I was 12.
My knowledge on gems gems and minerals will probably minor
compared to most of you, and therefore I have decided I shall
stay quiet and listen for a while, before just shouting out
nonsens. I will probably wake up 
as soon as sapphires or
garnets become a topic.
