Hello,
My name is Nicolette Hiott. I’m currently a student at Radford
University with a dual major in Psychology and Art. I’m
interested in fiber and metals. I’m pretty much a beginning
metalworker. I’m taking the Advanced Metalworking class at
school and I’m at work trying to learn some of the neat
techniques like mokume and shibuichi. I’m especially fascinated
with some of the speciall alloys like shibuichi and how
different patina effect them. If anyone has any advice on
alloys or patinas, I would welcome the advice.
