I am a Production Trainer, currently assigned to a plant in
Mexico. I have been employed by Jostens for over eleven years in
class ring manufacturing. I have had a growing experience at
Jostens. Starting from the bottom producing rings, leading teams
as a team administrator to my current position as a production
trainer. Where I am respondsible for the training of over 500
employees, in ring manufacturing. I also supervise all of our
salvage efforts.
My previous positon was as a plater, where I directed a staff of
five in all production requriments.
