I’m editor of the monthly magazine Lapidary Journal as well as our
(new) quarterly, Step by Step Beads (Volume 1, Number 1 published in
Spring, 2003). I’ve been with the company since 1985 and like many
things about what I do, but what I enjoy perhaps most of all is
working for readers who are passionate about what they do. It
enriches what goes into the magazine, gives me the opportunity to
meet a lot of interesting people, and makes the effort of trying to
get things right worthwhile, because the readers really do care.
