I have been making jewelry for 30 years starting in a small studio in Big Sur
in the 60’s Move to Carmel Ca. in 1975 and started my own shop.
In 1980 I did my first ACC show @ Rienbeck, which started mt career as
a Designer. Also at this point in time I began to Manufacture a line and selling
Nationally.This grew beyond my expectation to over 50 stores and fine
galleries. Dept Stores: Saks, Neimans, and Nordstroms. In 1989 I openend
GOPH & CO a retail showroom of my work. At this point we scaled down to a
few select fine jewelry galleries. Now I’m back to a one man Studio In Bend
Oregon, Where I’ve begun enjoying the creative aspect once again! I
work in GOLD, PLATINUM, COPPER, OR EVEN STEEL. Main focus is on
Fabricated objects yet I still use some casting in my designs. Cut most of my
own stones and use some inlay, and large Cabachons with mellee dias for
accents.
