I am currently a member of and past president of the Chesapeake Gem and
Mineral Society of Baltimore. My interest and experience relates primarily
in faceting natural and synthetic gem materials all excepting diamonds. I
have done repair work on gem materials for jewelers in the past in both
recutting and polishing stones damaged in settings. I lecture at a local
college and occasionaly speak to various local organizations relative to
gems and minerals.
