As a professional animator & fiddler with several decades’ experience,
working with my hands has always been as much a part of my work as the
planning and organization. Though I work with computers all week, I’ve
recently felt the urge to learn a few new handcrafts. Participation in
historical re- creation groups has reminded me that the processes of
creation are as satisfying as the artifacts themselves. I look forward to
connecting with other folks, and getting started learning to design for
lost wax casting.
