You know your metalworking hobby has gotten out of hand when you
subscribe to a forum full of experts and hope osmosis works via
email.
I’ve been casting pewter in soapstone molds for a number of years,
and am slowly working my way through other aspects of metalworking. A
friend of mine owns a small bead/jewelry shop, and I’m experimenting
with different techniques for helping her out with custom
components.
My setup is small, but growing (some days faster than my budget
would like)… just starting to get into the wonderful world of
soldering, and found this forum while searching for ways to solder
copper with a non-silver seam. Yay for postings discussing pre-1981
pennies!
