Bought a Durston rolling mill sometime back from Otto Frei. A solid
investment in all regards.
I made an inquiry with customer service at Durston with a question
and Matthew promptly responded. After a brief discussion and he took
care of my needs well beyond that one would expect from ordinary
customer service.
The point I"m making is that here is a rock solid piece of machinery
that satisfies everything it was designed to do. How could it
possibly be made better? Durston made it better by assuring the
accessible connection with someone in their organization who cares
about their customers and products. Pretty much the right way to do
business in my opinion. I think a lot of you will agree and that this
is exactly how you strive to treat your clients.
