I prefer workshops that are at least two days, preferably three
days. Four days gets to be a bit much. IMHO.

For me, it depends on where it is. If it’s local, I generally like
any shorter length, whatever it takes to get a grip on the subject
matter, usually 1 to 3 days. If I’m traveling, I like 4-7 days to
make it worth my while to pay to get there and back.

I agree. If not too long for the students…certainly too long for
the instructor. I usually do 2 day workshops. By the end, I’m
drained.
