Hi. I bought a $10 bag of play jewelry for my grandkids at a swap
and shop. Inside was a small nice neck piece. The pawn jeweler told
me it is 18 carat gold with 1/2 carat sapphire and diamond chips.
Fine quality. Probably retailed for $1000.00. Naturally he will only
give me $100. Is there a market that pays better than a pawn shop?
Maybe an auctioneer? Thx Brenda

Almost any market pays better than pawn. Get the piece cleaned up so
it looks it’s best, take a couple good photos, and try it on ebay.
You can list it with a reserve price so you know it won’t sell for
less than your minimum desired price.
Be sure to add in what Ebay will charge.
