Q; How does a solar powered fridge work?
G’day; nothing to do with jewellery, but here goes just the same; if
one connects a DC electric voltage across a series of connected
wires of completely dissimilar metals, one of the sets of junctions
gets hot and the opposite set gets cold. so, put the cold junctions
in an insulated box, and connect the current to the wires from a
solar power source. Voila!! a solar powered cooler! Not terribly
efficient but that’s how. A car battery works too.
