I seem to get logged out of my account after a short period has elapsed…requiring me to log back in…
is there a setting to “stay logged on”?…

I’m not sure Julie? I’m always logged in as long as I don’t delete my cookies and refresh my browser cache. If I do either of those things then I have to log in again.

Julie, it might have to do with your browser settings, cookie settings, ad-blockers, things like that. You might try using a different browser. If the problem continues with other browsers then the plot thickens.

Julie, here’s a guess. From time to time Orchid will say there is a new message, or there are two new messages, so the page must be checking back / refreshing on a schedule.
If you have not saved the logon in your browser then my guess is each refresh will require a new logon.
In your browser you might look into ‘Settings’, then ‘Search settings’ for ‘passwords’. You should be able to see if the browser is set to save logons, and you may be able to see the Ganoksin / Orchid instance. If yes then you should be able to edit that to save the logon and password.
