Hard solder

I have an Ultra-Light tabletop kiln (max. temperature 1200 deg F)
and hard silver solder (melts at 1450 deg F). I was surprised to see
that the solder had slumped in the kiln. Does this mean that one or
the other is mislabeled?

Extra -easy 690 degree c
Easy -715 degree c
Medium 735 degree c
Hard 750 degree c
