Sometimes when I need old designs such as that I have found that
the local book store is an excellent place to search. Some have
sections that contain pattern drawings and designs that can be
copied without copyright infringment. I have several one even
covers ancient Japanese Tsuba designs By W. M. Hawley

My point is go look you might be suprised. Try the art and then
the craft sections. Also there is a book by Opie Untracht that
runs around $90.00 That has an amazing ammount of historical info
about jewelry and processes. I can not remember the name though.
I think Rio has it in their tool catalouge. Later Red

Have you had your local library do a search? They can order
books (at no cost to you). There are at least a dozen books of
jewelry with “Victorian” in the title. You might also try a
